SICILY TRADITION

2 nights/3 days Stay.

 

1° day –   Welcome aperitif with Sicilian Prosecco served in your room at the arrival. Typical Sicilian Dinner accompanied by a White rr Red Nero d’Avola bottled wine , suggested by our wine expert Corrado Accarpio and selected in our rich cellar.

                     Overnight stay.    

 

2° day  -       Buffet Breakfast.

At 9.30 am  meeting with our  Chef Fabrizio Montalto and beginning of the first cooking lesson, during which will be explained some basic information about Sicilian gastronomy. Then will be realized some recipes (first and second courses, dessert). Finally tasting and comments about  prepared food.

Afternoon free for eventual excursions (optional).

Dinner with courses prepared during the lesson, accompanied by local wines selected by the hotel.

Overnight stay.

 

3° day -       Buffet Breakfast.               

         Guests’ departure.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

GREEDY SICILY

3 nights/4 days Stay.

5 nights/6 days Stay.

In the afternoon relaxing massage (1 h).

At 19.00 pm short presentation of the most important local wines with a typical cheese selection.

Dinner with courses prepared during the lesson, accompanied by local wines selected by the hotel.

Overnight stay.

 

 

4° day   -      Buffet Breakfast.

At 9.30 am beginning of the third cooking lesson, with the realization of some recipes (first and second courses, dessert). Finally tasting and comments about  prepared food.

In the afternoon guests will reach a Wine-producing factory with thier own car, they’ll take a walk in the vineyard and finally they’ll taste some wine accompanied by local products tasting.

Dinner with courses prepared during the lesson, accompanied by local wines selected by the hotel.

Overnight stay.

 

 

5° day   -      Buffet Breakfast.

At 9.30 am beginning of the last cooking lesson, with the realization of some recipes (first and second courses, dessert). Finally tasting and comments about  prepared food.

 Afternoon free for eventual excursions (optional).

Dinner with courses prepared during the lesson, accompanied by local wines selected by the hotel.

6° day  -       Buffet Breakfast
