Restaurant

From the courtyard it is possible to enter our restaurant “Le Muse”. It has two intimate lounges and a beautiful outdoor terrace for summer meals. In our menu you will find simple recipes dedicated to the Sicilian tradition: sometimes they are reinvented by our Chef Fabrizio Montalto in order to experience new flavours and combinations, sometimes they are seasonally embellished by local wild ingredients. To exalt and enjoy flavours we selected the best Sicilian wines that enhance local labels and Nero d’Avola. We also offer a kids’ menu dedicated to our young guests.
